Full Buffet Service
• Minimum food service order of $200.00 for full buffet service. • Our professional catering staff will deliver, set up and serve for your event. • We provide all service equipment, disposable, plates, utensils and cups. • 25% service fee
Pick Up Service
Our El Vaquero team will assist you with your order, arrange your food to be packaged for convenient pickup at our location.
Drop Off Service
• Minimum food order of $200.00 for delivery service. • 15% service fee. • The delivery service is good on 15 miles away from our locations. • Our professional catering staff will deliver food and beverages packaged in disposable serving pans and containers. Disposable plates, utensils and cups are also, available for additional charge.
Custom Menu Options
• El Vaquero provides pricing for other Mexican favorites. We can customize your buffet to include vegetarian options and other menu offerings.
• All El Vaquero Catering options include chips and salsa.
• All orders you can make combinations of two items. Example 5 burritos and 5 quesadillas ,etc. For additional charge we can include serving spoons and bowls to serve the chips and salsa for your party.
