FIRST COURSE (Choose One)
-1/2 Order of Nachos – Refried beans, ground beef or shredded chicken nachos with green onion and fresh tomato
-Queso Dip
-Cup of Azteca Soup – Chicken broth, shredded chicken and tortilla strips
-Cup of Pozole Soup – Chicken broth, shredded chicken, pico de gallo and hominy

SECOND COURSE (Choose One)
-Marias – Three chicken enchiladas covered with mole poblano sauce and cheese; served with rice and beans
-Fajitas Express (chicken or beef) – Grilled fresh mushrooms, bell peppers, tomatoes, onions. Served with guacamole salad, sour cream, pico de gallo, and tortillas
-El Morro Special – Grilled chicken strips cooked with pineapple and Mexican pork sausage topped with shredded cheese and green onions; served over a flour tortilla
-Burrito Zacatecas – One burrito filled with Mexican mashed potatoes, grilled spinach, tomatoes and onions topped with cheese sauce; served with rice and beans ________________________________________
THIRD COURSE (Choose One)
-Flan – Creamy caramel sauce over silky custard with a taste of Mexican tradition
-Sopapilla – Fried flour tortilla, with honey, butter and cinnamon
